Is CrossFit For Me?
Absolutley!!! The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual committed to excellence in fitness regardless of experience. The same routines are used for elderly individuals who may have heart disease as well as cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. The load and intensity of the program is scaled for the individual, but the workout remains the same for all.
If you are looking for a constant challenge, or you’re bored with the same ol’ gym or routine, you should give CrossFit CHF a try.
CrossFit Class Schedule:
Monday – Friday 6:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 5:30 PM
Elements Class – Monday – Friday at 4:45 PM
If you are unable to attend the elements class – we require 3 personal training sessions. This allows all new CrossFitters to learn all the neccessary movements and lifts. Crossfit, as well as life, is a journey. It is best to begin on a solid foundation.
Rates:
Drop-in rates: $10.00 for non-members, $5.00 for members
Unlimited rates: $90.00 for non-members, $50.00 for members.
