Friday Morning Group Workout “Adam”
By steveWe combined out two 6:00 AM classes Friday for a little fun memorial workout in honor of a young man who was killed this year in a motor cycle accident named Adam. The workout is comprised of 3 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
20 burpees
20 sit-ups
400 meter run
20 box jumps
20 air squat
400 meter run
10 pull-ups/or 20 SDHPs
20 KB swings
It was a very, very hard workout. It was exciting to see how the groups encouraged and supported each other. Everybody was a winner!
Thanks guys for training hard. CrossFit+sensible eating = fantastic results:)

Just wanted to give a shout out to all the ladies that smoked me on this workout … thank you for a humbling experience.
I attempted “Adam” while at work tonight.
Got thru 2 rounds rxd, but I met Pukie before finishing the 3rd.
Those 2 rounds alone took me 37:21….Wow.
Great workout though.
May God comfort Adam’s family on their loss.
