Friday Fun
ByThe workout this morning rocked! It was the group one w/ the one arm KB swings, OH Walk, heavy KB swing, burpee box jumps …
It was awesome to really push intensity through your interval and then get a minute to catch your breath (which was definitely needed!!).
I didn’t realize how much I was smoked until a little over an hour later at work … I had been sitting for about 30 minutes and when I stood up – whammo! I realized just how much the interval training gassed me!
Great job guys – I love working out at crossfitCHF – you guys rock!
