Thanks Emily, You know I come in every morning bc I have such great people to work out with, we push and encourage each other every day. I cant beleive that is me in that before picture, Yikes! I feel so much better since doing crossfit and I look forward to going to the gym every morning to see what Steve has got planned for us. I enjoy crossfit so much bc it does not get boring. You are always learning new things and getting better at the things you already know. Crossfit is definetly challenging and that is why I love it bc you wont ever get better at anything if you are not challenging yourself. Thanks to Steve and Caleb for everything they do for us and I hope they know how much they are appreciated. Brooke
