We don’t exercise. We have FUN!
Posted by: | CommentsWhy do most people stop exercising; not enough energy, no time, not enough money, not getting the desired results anticipated by the marketing material of the facility? Most people will say it is because exercise is boring and monotonous.
National fitness statistics show that 80% of gym members stop going to their gym of choice after only 6 weeks of exercise and rarely return to a exercise program. CrossFit has proven to break this fitness statistic. At our gym, 80% or greater of individuals that do CrossFit for 6 weeks continue to train with CrossFit methods. What makes it different from the normal industry fitness standard? My theory, and it is not proven by recognized academic or scientific research at this time, is because it is FUN!
